You may return any unopened and unused seeds or products within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in good condition.
Opened seed packets, damaged products due to improper handling, and products purchased on clearance are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost.
